<p>This concept of intelligence existing &#8220;outside&#8221; the physical<br />
confines of the living organism has been hard for the scientific<br />
community to accept. But over the past 5-10 years, hard evidence<br />
has been produced which is having its effect on the scientific<br />
skeptics.</p>
<p>Dr. Karl Pribram, a prominent American brain surgeon, sees the<br />
brains neurons &#8220;outpicturing&#8221; the physical universe, similar to the<br />
holographic process. He suggests that our brains are exposed to the<br />
entire concept of the universe in the same way that any minute part<br />
of a hologram contains basically the same information as the whole.</p>
<p>British scientist, Jacob Boehm came up with the same Holographic<br />
Theory and had it published in a prominent scientific journal.</p>
<p>But probably most amazing of all is the mind power theory that<br />
British physicist Rupert Sheldrake has proffered. If his theory is<br />
proven correct, it will rival Charles Darwin&#8217;s Theory of evolution<br />
in its magnitude.</p>
<p>Basically he has proven repeatedly through laboratory controlled<br />
experiments that different species of animals appear to be<br />
&#8220;plugged&#8221; into a dedicated intelligence field which is universal to<br />
that particular species.</p>
<p>For example, when enough mice in a group have learned a maze, they<br />
ALL suddenly know the maze &#8211; whether they have run it or not!</p>
<p>It now appears, after a BBC television experiment, that if enough<br />
humans have learned something, then it becomes easier for all<br />
humans to learn it. Sheldrake calls this shared intelligence the<br />
morphogenetic field.</p>
<p>There is an interesting parable about his called the 100th monkey<br />
relating to an apparent observation made on a remote Japanese<br />
Island.</p>
<p>A very bright female monkey on a small island was taught to wash<br />
sweet potatoes in the seawater. She then taught other members of<br />
the tribe to do this. When approximately 100 monkeys had learned<br />
this procedure, many other remote monkey tribes started washing<br />
potatoes in the same manner. But the interesting thing is that<br />
these other tribes were situated on other remote islands and also<br />
on the mainland. That is, they had no possible way of acquiring<br />
this knowledge, other by some form of intuitive universal &#8220;sharing&#8221;.</p>
<p>The BBC in London tried out Sheldrake&#8217;s Theory on 8 million of<br />
their viewers. They showed on prime time TV, a difficult puzzle<br />
that only a very small percentage of their viewers were able to<br />
solve. Then the correct answer was also given on prime time TV.<br />
Shortly after, the same experiment was repeated by a TV network in<br />
another country. A far higher percentage of these foreign viewers<br />
were able to get the puzzle right the first time. As the puzzle was<br />
in the form of a universal pictorial concept, language and customs<br />
were not considered to be a factor.</p>
<p>The BBC and Sheldrake concluded that as the correct answer was now<br />
existing within the human morphogenetic field then the human race<br />
now knows the answer. Basically Sheldrake&#8217;s Theory explains<br />
&#8220;intuitive&#8221; functioning to a degree.</p>
<p>What Sheldrake is saying is that there is a larger mind for each<br />
life-form and each individual life-form &#8220;programs&#8221; that larger<br />
mind. The theory might be laughable except for Sheldrake&#8217;s<br />
acceptance in the scientific community and also the BBC experiment.</p>
<p>But probably the most startling (and easily repeatable) experiments<br />
came from Cleve Backster, a polygraph (lie detector) expert.<br />
Operating from his San Diego, Californian laboratory he found that<br />
plants react &#8211; at a distance &#8211; to human thought &#8211; just the power of<br />
the mind. He initially connected his polygraph equipment to a<br />
Dragon Plant to test for possible plant stress.</p>
<p>He decided to generate stress by burning the plants leaves and sure<br />
enough the polygraph machine registered a strong reaction. But he<br />
hadn&#8217;t actually burnt the leaves &#8211; he had only intended to do so!</p>
<p>He had thought about it with emotion and intent!</p>
<p>Skeptics who tried the same experiment without genuine intent<br />
couldn&#8217;t get it to work. Backster went a step further and totally<br />
shocked the scientific world. He scraped human cells from a<br />
volunteer&#8217;s mouth and connected these to his polygraph and medical<br />
EEG equipment. He found to his utter amazement that these cells<br />
reacted instantaneously to the donor&#8217;s emotions, even when they<br />
were geographically separated! White blood cells were found to be<br />
particularly susceptible to emotion. (This may explain for the<br />
first time why people with strong positive emotions have better<br />
health).</p>
<p>This intelligence field is the key to probably the most<br />
extraordinary part of the advanced mind power research of Jim<br />
Francis &#8211; his discoveries about our mental connection with this<br />
field &#8211; also known as the morphogenetic field.</p>

It is possible, while practicing Tibetan Yoga, to achieve a deep state of meditation.</p>
<p>Tibetan Yoga and Meditation go hand in hand and will really help to accelerate your personal and spiritual growth.</p>
<p>Tibetan Yoga really is just another form of meditation. The practice of Tibetan Yoga helps you to get more in touch with the subtle energy that flows through your body and focuses your attention inwards. While many people will use Tibetan Yoga to increase their flexibility and strength, this is only a small part of the benefits you can get from this timeless practice. As a medium to align yourself with your pure divine nature, Tibetan Yoga and meditation will help you to heighten your sense of self-awareness and build a great foundation for your personal growth.</p>
<p>When you look at the fundamentals of Tibetan Yoga and meditation, you will see that they are not terribly different. Both Tibetan Yoga and meditation offer a certain degree of spiritual, physical and emotional benefits. The connection to both the spiritual world and physical world can be greatly enhanced by effectively using Tibetan Yoga and meditation together. We all have a myriad of obligations, stresses, and goals that are deeply rooted in the physical world, and these can easily distract you from the objectives you have set for your Tibetan Yoga and meditation practices. It is important to develop a sense of discipline when it comes to using these techniques. To completely enjoy all the profound benefits of your Tibetan Yoga and meditation sessions try to avoid missing too many sessions.</p>
<p>Finally, Tibetan Yoga and meditation both require a bit of patience. Although you can obtain substantial benefits from these practices, it can take a while to develop a sense of mastery. In the beginning, Tibetan Yoga and meditation can seem like a waste of time, particularly if you have never used them before, but you have to maintain the patience necessary to obtain their benefits. Just remember that the benefits will come, it may take days or even weeks, but they will come.</p>
<p>With just a small amount of effort you can learn to benefit from doing Tibetan Yoga and meditation because both of these practices are largely the same. Over time, you will even be able to use these practices together.  The meditative aspect of Tibetan Yoga makes it easy to realize substantial physical and mental benefits that will help you to improve nearly every aspect of your life.</p>
<p>At the minimum Tibetan Yoga is a great way to get your body in good condition and if you learn how to meditate you will get the best of both worlds and take your spiritual growth to a whole new level.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To achieve positive living, one is first bound to make a lot of mistakes but it is the way we deal with our mistakes that influences our outcome in life.  It is not absurd to make mistakes, everybody at some point in life has made mistakes, unlike God; we are not perfect beings. When you make a mistake, practice self forgiveness and move on towards attaining <strong>self improvement. </strong></p>
<p>Learn to forgive yourself. It is hard for other people to forgive you if you do not exercise self forgiveness. Self forgiveness comes when you first accept that you are in the wrong. Do not live in denial, be honest with yourself.  Forgive yourself and be at peace with your conscience.</p>
<p>Ignore the negative criticism and harsh judgment that you will encounter from people. Know that even those acting holy and judging you are no better, because we all have our shortcomings. People who want to gossip about you will always do so and there is nothing you can do about. Have you ever tried to confront some people because they said something ill about and they just ask you what will you do about it, or they just go like, ‘so?’ Get over the depression of adversity and the pain of negative publicity since all it does is hinder your<strong> personal growth. </strong></p>
<p>Positive living is about being responsible enough to own up to your mess. Do not run away from your mistake, this will not make things any better; running will just curtail your personal growth. If you wronged somebody go to them and let them know that you regret what you did. Most of the problem that people have would have just being solved by saying that they are sorry.</p>
<p>Saying that you are sorry brings an element of self awareness and does not mean that you are venerable or weak. It will make you relieve the weight of guilt inside you. Being remorseful affects your personal growth; move on from your past mistakes so that you can experience true happiness thus <strong>self awareness and positive living.</strong></p>

<p>One of the oldest known techniques which helps in the all round development of a person is Yoga. Yoga has been around for ages loveclients back as far as 500 years. Yoga practices helps in the well being of a person by making him or her mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually sound. <h1>Something that a lot of people don&#8217;t realize is that you can change your feelings when you work with Zen.</h1>
<p>You&#8217;ll need to consider that when you use your mind, you&#8217;ll be able to change anything. When you want to change your mood, all you have to do is work hard and finds discipline in yourself. The key is to find the discipline. You may end up finding out that you are unable to make yourself want to be happier. Sometimes when the human mind overloads with thoughts and worries it will melt down.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll need to consider the fact that your mind needs to be cleansed. You need to leave behind some of your baggage and also learn how to move on from some of your baggage. You&#8217;ll need to keep in mind that there are a lot of different reasons why you may be a little depressed right now, but you have to get to the bottom of things before you are able to move on. You&#8217;ll also want to consider that there are many reasons why you&#8217;ll be manic. Manic is a stage of depression where you have an extreme high. With the help of exercise, eating right, and the use of Zen, you&#8217;ll be able to control your moods and you&#8217;ll be able to become a better-adjusted person.</p>
<p>When you are thinking about using Zen as a mood controller you&#8217;ll need to make sure that you stay away from drugs and alcohol. When it comes to drugs and alcohol, you&#8217;ll find that there will change your mood. Also, it&#8217;s not safe for you to meditate while under the influence. You&#8217;ll also want to make sure that you mellow out before you start your Zen regiment. Often when you are overwhelmed with feelings like anger, you are unable to really focus on the meditation.</p>
<p>You will need to give yourself just five or ten minutes in a quiet space. You&#8217;ll need to keep in mind that your body position is very important. You&#8217;ll need to make sure that you are not feeling any type of discomfort. You&#8217;ll need to keep in mind that also you&#8217;ll be able to focus better when you accept the noises around you. You do not need to keep your space completely silent. Often people feel the need to have their meditation space silent, but you need to accept the noises from pets, family members, and neighbors. You&#8217;ll need to be comfortable, and you can always block out the sounds that you dislike.</p>
<p>Overtime you will be able to use meditation practice to help your mood controls, but you&#8217;ll also find that meditation will also help you to regulate your energy levels. This is what will also keep you feeling better and even refreshed. You&#8217;ll need to keep in mind that there are many ways that you can keep yourself on track with your life, but you need to control meditation and Zen training because it will have more benefits than any other thing that you could do for yourself.</p>
<p>When it comes to Zen training, you&#8217;ll find that there are many other things that you&#8217;ll have to do. You&#8217;ll need to keep in mind that you are no longer stuck with your current life. People can change. You&#8217;ll need to find the appropriate place in order to push yourself forward. You&#8217;ll want to make sure that you also get the appropriate amount of sleep and eat well while using Zen. You need to keep the negativity away from you. In order to keep the negativity at bay you&#8217;ll need to keep yourself going strong. Zen training can definitely help you with your mood issues and also make you feel stronger in general.</p>

<p>As a rule, the future develops from what you’re doing right now. The way you respond to people, events and surroundings affects your life and your future. If you put out anger, you will get back anger, and if you love, you will be loved. Everything that happens to you is a reflection or an echo of your own inner attitudes and feelings, even if buried deep within your subconscious.</p>
<p>The first step in creating the future is to decide exactly what you want. Choose only one goal and stick with it. Mind power, like any other kind of capacity, expresses intensely only when its energies are focused to a fine point of concentration.</p>
<p>Kerryann, a student of huna, told me, “Whenever I’ve really focused on a goal it happens &#8230; not always like I planned, but it happens.” Accordingly, unify your mind with your goal and feel that you are one with it. By directing your attention to your desired objective, it will come into manifestation much more easily.</p>
<p>Are You Ready To Change Your Future?</p>
<p>Are you ready to make your dreams and wishes come true? If yes, take time now to write down your goal. Because your Low Self is very concrete and literal, writing down your goal will show it that you are doing something real and not just daydreaming.</p>
<p>If not sure what you want, just write down your ideas. At this point you are simply brainstorming. Don’t worry about coming up with the perfect wording. Hesitation, worry or being critical will only put your Low Self out of the picture.</p>
<p>Writing your ideas or your goal on paper will help eliminate the things that really don’t capture your imagination and will make any vague points more definite. Mull it over for a few days, and it will become very clear to you exactly what you want. By being very sure of your goal, you are less likely to be distracted later on.</p>
<p>Kahuna methods teach that concentrated visualization is an important step toward realization. Form a mental picture of your goal and then repeat it out loud word for word three times, a precise verbal statement of what you are working toward. The stronger and clearer you make your mental image and goal statement, the stronger and clearer will be the results.</p>
<p>Keep both your visualization and goal very focused. Avoid distracting thoughts or images. Hold your mental picture firmly until the manifestation is complete. Visualization and speaking your future goal will act as a physical stimulus to impress your Low Self, which will then send it to the High Self to be brought into reality.</p>
<p>Most people find visualization easy. However, if you need to develop skill in using mental pictures, you can practice with a simple object, such as an apple. Look at the apple and slowly and carefully observe its attributes. Close your eyes and inwardly see the apple. Open your eyes and look at the color. Close your eyes once more and visualize its shade of color in your mind’s eye.</p>
<p>Move to visualizing something more complicated, such as a group of objects on a table. Look them over, close your eyes and reconstruct them in your mind. If necessary, open your eyes briefly to check accuracy or to refresh your memory.</p>

<p>The <strong>mind</strong> does not make an appearance within physical reality, but the brain is based in physical reality, and likewise our dreams occupy the same space as the mind…..that is, no space at all.</p>
<p>The images that appear in dreams appear as “forms” in other realities and they are not restricted by our physical reality rules of time, space and growth. They involve the materialization of spontaneous constructions which would normally not occur in our physical world.</p>
<p>Dreams are a continuous flowing process which run continuously in the wide awake and the dream states.</p>
<p>While we are in the wide awake state they run subconsciously. The materializations we create in our dreams have no mass in our physical reality but may have the equivalent of mass in other realities.</p>
<p>In the dream state the personality is molded and changed via actions that do not exist in the physical universe. These dream based subjective events eventually manipulate physical matter and events for the individual concerned, depending upon how they have consciously or subconsciously programmed their dreams.</p>
<p>One persons dream affects another’s and that person is in turn affected by the neighbor’s dreams.</p>
<p>In many cases dreams (in slightly different formats) are shared by two or more people and in some cases close-knit communities have shared mass dreams.</p>
<p>SETH says that we have “mass” dreams that occur just above the level relating to the collective unconscious. If we are able to tune in to these dreams (and some individuals can) we would gain an impression of what our society is collectively dreaming…..which would then give us an indication of future events, as our dreams format our future, both individually and collectively.</p>
<p>Sometimes these collective dreams contain enough power to significantly alter the future, for better or for worse. It is interesting to note that the dreams of one very powerful individual can affect the dreams of thousands of other people and this type of individual is capable of becoming a leader or “Guru”.</p>
<p>They generally become known in the dream state first and are recognized in the physical world later.</p>
<p>Through very intense emotional focus you can create a form then project it to another person who may then perceive it. This may be done consciously or unconsciously. The presence of this form can now be detected by sensitive scientific instruments.</p>
<p>During the dreaming state your awareness is focused in another reality that is in every way as permanent and valid as the physical reality universe. During sleep only a small amount of your energy is focused in the physical field…..enough to maintain the bodily functions only.</p>
<p>The dream universe is also composed of a molecular structure, but takes up no space as we know it. It is continuous but your awareness of it is normally limited to your sleep/dreaming periods.</p>
<p>The events in the dream reality are as meaningful as the events in your physical world and indeed are interrelated. One affects the other…..and vice versa. This is why it is possible (and extremely easy) to program up dreams which have an almost immediate effect in your physical universe.</p>
<p>One of the easiest and most effective types of dream that you can pre-program relates to your physical health. Sometimes a correctly programmed dream can cause almost miraculous improvements to your health in as little as 12 hours.</p>

<p>Mediocrity is a form of madness, a dream embraced by the masses because it makes just getting by an acceptable &#8212; sometimes applauded &#8212; social art form. What is excellent requires extra effort. To agree to sleep our way through life is to lose everything, because it rules out the possibility of our soul&#8217;s awakening.~*~</p>
<p>When it comes to true success in this life &#8212; regardless of whatever world it is in which we strive for excellence &#8212; there is no greater ability than to be able to do what we don&#8217;t want to do, when we don&#8217;t want to do it, and, in all cases, to do it well.~*~</p>
<p>Whenever we will do the very best we can do, give the very most that we have to give, even though we may be far from perfect in that moment nevertheless&#8230; that moment is acting upon us to bring us into its native perfection. And it is only through learning to endure our own imperfections that we realize Perfection itself is our guide and master.~*~</p>
<p>The mastery of anything, including ourselves, begins with the faith that we are not here on earth to be perfected according to an image we hold of ourselves, but rather to allow Perfection to work its way upon us&#8230; so that only the awareness of something greater than ourselves can draw us into a greatness beyond ourselves, if we will it so.~*~</p>
<p>What makes someone a master is not that he or she possesses some unattainable skill, but that these individuals have first realized the existence of, and then made contact with, a world above them that wants to pour its more perfected understanding into their own.</p>
