Meditation is nothing new, it’s been around for as long as the human race has been here. In fact a meditative state is a natural state that we all experience from time time, by design or by accident. Those times when you find yourself staring out of the window at nothing in particular and thoughts just come and go with no specific intention or purpose. As we grow older these states become less frequent as more and more occupies our mind. Daily worries, health , finance and so forth occupy our minds.
